A. Swiss Primo is proud to be headquartered in Houston, Texas with Distribution based in Switzerland. Though we don’t have any permanent physical stores, we do offer free shipping anywhere in the World. Physical stores have a lot of overhead which gets passed down to the customer.  We found a 100% online model more effective, since we service customers globally. This model also allows us to offer more attractive pricing and expertise customer service. Q. Can I track my order ?

A. Once your order ships you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly assist you. Q. The watch I want to order is sold out, is there anything I can do ?

A. Our most popular watches can sell out fast. If the product is going to be restocked, you will see the option to receive an email when available on the product page. That means that as soon as the product is back in stock, we will let you know! You can always contact us with any inquiries regarding products at [email protected]  We will also be happy to recommend a similar styled watch and even offer a discount if possible.

Q. How can I change or cancel my order ?

A. We pride ourselves on the ability to get your orders as fast as possible, which means if you need to make a change to your order please reach out to us as soon as possible. The best form of communication is our support email, which is [email protected] We will do our best to get your order changed but if your order has reached our fulfillment center we have no way of changing your order or canceling it.

Q. When will my order be shipped out?

A.  If you have purchased Monday – Friday before 9am PST, your order will ship out that day. If you purchase after 9am PST we cannot guarantee same day shipping, and it will be shipped the next day. Lastly, if you purchase during the weekend or a holiday we will be shipping out your order the next business day.  Your order will be shipped via 2 day Priority Shipping with DHL or FedEx depending on the shipping address.  Typically, our customers receive their watch within 3-4 business days and often sooner.


Q. How much do you charge for Shipping.

A. FREE Shipping Worldwide.  As a courtesy to our customers, we cover the cost for shipping.  Also, because our products are of high value, we only ship with viable couriers.

A. Swiss Primo donates $10 of every sale to a reputable charity.   We do this so that we are helping the people that we serve. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are donating to the emergency relief charity in Canada.


Q. What is your Return / Exchange Policy ?

A. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days free of charge. Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Swiss Primo website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.

Q. How do I exchange or return my product ?

A. We want you to love your product — pretty simple, right? If not, you can exchange or return it so long as:

1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases on band), and in their original packaging.

Q. What type of warranty do I get with my purchase ?

A. Yes, we offer a 24 month limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.  We can also direct you to local repair center in your country to expedite the process.   Jowissa has repair centers in most countries.  More questions?
